Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job./li liRead and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs./li liProperly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements./li liMeet all flat-rate hour production-based metrics as prescribed by Management./li liAct as a leader, mentor, and trainer to employees in the in Technician, Lube Technician, and Apprentice Technician roles./li /ol h4Qualifications/h4brpstronguCompetencies and Qualifications/u/strong/p ol liHigh School Diploma/li liValid Driverrsquo;s license/li li1-2 yearsrsquo; experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred/li liCan adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset/li liAct as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement/li liPossesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening./li liWorks well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers./li liMust be able to lift 50 pounds/li /ol
