This is a full-time opportunity at a residential property with 149 units of affordable family housing. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:/p ul liPerforming in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy./li liCompleting work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance./li liProviding access to and supervising contractors as needed./li liPerforming groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas./li /ul pThe work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with on-call duties shared on rotation. /p pstrongspan style="text-decoration: underline;"Your Qualifications:/span/strong/p pWe are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy./p ul liKnowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required./li liExperience with REAC/NSPIRE inspections is preferred.nbsp; /li liExperience with Yardi or other work order systems would also be a plus.nbsp; /li liA valid driverrsquo;s license and access to a vehicle are required./li /ul pstrongspan style="text-decoration: underline;"Compensation amp; Benefits:/span/strong/p pWe offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, an extra paid day off during your birthday month, and more!
