pstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Pay Range: $2.13 / hour + tips/strong/ppbr/ppGeneral Mission/pulliResponsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a courteous manner./liliCarrying out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies./liliPerform any other duties as may be assigned to you by your manager./li/ulpResponsibilities/pulliClean and polish glassware, dishware and flatware./liliMaintain cleanliness in designated station as well as server stations for smooth operation./liliReplenish supply of napkins, straws and to-go boxes and bags as needed./liliKeep general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas./liliFollow correct sequence of service as outlined./liliSet up tables in accordance with company policy./liliCleans and removes dishes from the table between courses and after service is completed./liliTransports soiled dishes from dining room to dish room and deposit them in proper placing./liliClean all spillage when it happens and at the close of the dining room./liliMaintain excellent grooming standard at all times./liliAttend all training and store meetings as scheduled./liliEstablish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all guests, clients and employees/liliSuggest food and beverages, be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments./li/ulpAim to be fully knowledgeable with the following:/pulliFire, health and safety policy and security/liliShort and long- term promotions/table tents/liliCompany dress code/liliSmoking policy for customers and employees/liliRules and management policies/liliCompany policy/liliCompany objective and vision/li/ulpEducation and Qualifications/pulliMust be at least 18-yrs of age to serve alcoholic beverages/liliWhile formal education is not a requirement, must to be able to speak, read and understand English./liliBasic computer skills/liliAbility to make change for customers/liliBe aware of dietary restrictions customers may have.
