We promote from within./li liPaid holidays./li liAnnual pay raises./li liEmployee referral bonuses./li liCompensation of $15-17.25/hour./li /ul pPosition Responsibilities:/p ul liMaintain a reasonable level of good behavior by the children on the bus, minivan, van or car./li liEffectively enforce school bus safety rules by making sure students remain in their seats, do not harm themselves or other students, do not eat on the bus or violate other safety regulations./li liRecognize dangerous situations that would affect the safety of the children and report to the bus driver immediately./li liAfter the end of each school run, assist the driver in performing a spot inspection to make sure all children are off the bus./li liAssist in the buckling of children, or other safety equipment, as outlined by safety laws./li liAssist in the evacuation of children off the vehicle during emergency situations./li liAssist the driver with directions as defined by a predetermined route sheet./li /ul pPosition Requirements:/p ul li18+ years old./li liPass a background check.
