Reporting to the Executive Director of West Suburban, this role oversees the daily operations of the senior center programmdash;from innovative social programming to the meal programmdash;while leading a growing team of staff and volunteers. We are seeking a "vision-to-action" professional who thrives on developing new services/programs, building community partnerships, and fostering an inclusive culture of dignity and independence that reflects the communities we serve./span/p

Maintain and optimize database, SchedulesPlus, for participants and partners to accurately track participation levels, emerging trends, and member feedback. Utilize this data to demonstrate program impact and guide future program development./span/li
