We seek team members who are passionate, adaptable, driven to achieve quality results, focused on continuous improvement, self-motivated and problem solvers.nbsp;/p/divpstrongJob Position Summary/strong: Responsible for timely and accurate document revision controls of Product specifications, Policies and Procedures, Standard Work Instructions to ensure compliance with Kinetic Massachusetts Operations management systems and latest industry standard. nbsp;/p pstrongMinimum Requirements:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent/li liExperience in maintaining a document control system or an equivalent system./li liAbility to read engineering drawings/documents as well as understand revision/configuration control./li liAbility to read and balloon engineering drawings to assist First Article Inspectors with First Article package preparations./li liProficient Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office./li liMust be able to work independently with minimum supervision./li liAbility to multitask and pivot from one task to another./li liAbility to effectively communicate both written and verbally./li liStrong attention to details/li liTime Management and Organizational Skills/li liAbility to pass annual eye exam by licensed optometrist./li /ul pstrongDuties/Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liEnsure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required./li liManage controlled documents including but not limited to Drawings, Product specifications, Standard Work Instructions, etc./li liCoordinate annual reviews with department managers of Procedures and Standard Work Instructions to ensure compliance to company Quality management system./li liAssist in the administration of the controlled documentation system using a database to ensure latest documents are being used./li liCapture and disseminate changes between the MRP systems and management team, as well as implementation of necessary actions./li liLook for process improvement opportunities and work in a cross-functional team to implement approved process improvements./li liWork with suppliers, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, configuration, inspection, and value streams as required to assist FAI Inspectors with data collections necessary for First Article Packages./li liBridge the gap between Design, Manufacturing and Quality./li liFollow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area./li liOther duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/p ul liNormal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts./li liMay be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities./li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/p ul liMust have ability to read applicable customer documents with or without corrective lenses./li liMust be able to lift up to thirty (30) pounds at a time, as required/li liMust be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time./li /uldiv class="content-pay-transparency"div class="pay-input"div class="title"Pay Range/divdiv class="pay-range"span$26.10/spanspan class="divider"mdash;/spanspan$32.25 USD/span/div/div/divdiv class="content-conclusion"pstrong______________________________________________________/strong/p pstrongEqual Employment Opportunitybr/strongKinetic Engine Systems is an Equal Opportunity employer.
