You will handle all aspects of leasing and marketing while ensuring positive resident relations. Here�s what you�ll need to thrive in this role!/p ul liRelative experience in an administrative role/li liGreat customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels (orally and in writing)/li liAbility to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills and initiative./li liHighly organized individual with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly./li liIntermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems / databases./li liResilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness./li liAbility to maintain open communication with General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor./li liBe available to work 20-25 hours per week./li /ul pHere�s what you�ll be doing!/p ul liGreet prospective clients, conduct property tours, and use product knowledge to showcase features and benefits./li liComplete applications, secure deposits, and process lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs./li liHandle phone calls and in-person inquiries, maintaining guest cards and following up with prospects./li liPrepare and submit applications for approval, ensure readiness of apartments for move-in, and orient new residents./li liAssist with lease renewals, accept rental payments, and support marketing and sales efforts./li liSupport marketing and sales initiatives, maintain up-to-date market information, and participate in weekly leasing activity meetings./li liUpdate reports, monitor market conditions, and provide insights for community improvements./li liManage service requests, plan resident functions, and maintain accurate commission records./li liParticipate in outreach marketing, maintain community appearance, and enforce policies and procedures./li liEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies, and contribute to a positive team environment./li liEnsure the office and model apartments are clean and open on schedule, communicate policy changes, and support the community team./li liMaintain flexibility with work schedule, including evenings and weekends, and perform additional tasks as needed./li liAnd so much more!/li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 pThe Yugo team is a force for good and our mission is to harness this passion to deliver an extraordinary living experience supporting the transition to and from student life!
