Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals. /p pstrongKEY DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liAssist residents, amp; prospects with daily needs in a professional manner (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.)/li liConsistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork/li liWork with your team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals/li liMaintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to inquiries/li liWork collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment./li /ul pstrongEXPERIENCE amp; QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p ul li1-2 years of customer service and sales experience/li liStrong communication skills/li liExperience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus/li liAbility to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations/li liEnjoy and take pride in providing excellent service/li liWarm, friendly demeanor/li liBasic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc./li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent/li /uldiv class="content-conclusion"pAt Redstone Residential, we’re committed to creating a workplace where people thrive.
