As the role will evolve over time, the successful candidate will show curiosity in the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift our team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose/pulliEnthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle./liliUse operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash amp; Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence./liliMaintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments, etc.)/liliReview store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly./liliManage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.)./liliEnsure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well./liliOwn and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision./liliEnsure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standards./liliDrive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standards./liliDevelop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including initiating community outreach through marketing and special events./liliRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs as well as finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliHigh school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred./liliMinimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business./liliBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel./liliExceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with people./liliAct with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture, values, and mission/liliAct with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
