This role is critical in connecting underserved community members to vital resources, raising awareness about available programs, and providing direct client support through advocacy and outreach./span/ph3span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Key Responsibilities/span/h3ullipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Conduct targeted in-person and digital outreach in the community./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Educate clients on available services related to gun violence, domestic violence, and health access./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Provide one-on-one support, advocacy, and referrals to appropriate services./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal staff as needed./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Maintain accurate records, including outreach data, intake forms, and outcomes./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Facilitate support groups when assigned./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Attend required agency and funder trainings and meetings./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Ensure confidentiality and adherence to agency procedures./span/p/li/ulh3span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Qualifications/span/h3ullipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"1#8211;2 years of outreach, advocacy, or community engagement experience./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and electronic record systems./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Willingness to travel locally; outreach and on-site work are required./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends./span/p/lilipspan style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;"Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred./span/p/li/ulh3/h3
