Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"span style="color: black; background: white;"You’re the first smiling face our guests see every time they enter a Flanigan’s, and likely the last as they go on their merry way. You set the tone for the entire experience, greeting all of our friends and family in a warm and welcoming way. You help usher guests to their tables, manage the flow of seating, field inquiries, and greet people on the way out, just as nicely as on the way in. We’re always looking for the most friendly, hospitable people to join the team./span/p Responsibilities: ulliDisplays and maintains a cheerful and courteous temperament, as well as displays a neat and clean professional image/liliGreets guests with Flanigan’s "Smile Talk"/liliEngages guests in Flanigan’s "Smile Talk" while escorting them to table in a timely manner/liliEfficiently manages the Wait List for seating/liliCommunicates guest’s questions or concerns to Manager on duty/liliKeeps foyer, host/hostess station, wait area clean and free of debris, restocks and cleans menus/liliRestock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guest/liliAnswers telephone within 4 rings, and answers guests’ questions, and/or directs guests to proper staff member /liliConclude guests’ visit with Flanigan’s "Smile Talk"/liliPerform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"                /p Qualifications: ulliCan reach, bend, stoop frequently/liliAble to lift up to 50 lbs./liliAbility to speak, read and write English/liliComplete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes/liliComplete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes/li/ul Benefits: p style="margin: 0px;" /pulliFive (5) Day Work Week/liliPaid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years /liliHealth Insurance – Medical Dental Programs Available /lili401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
