This position will direct the activities of back-of-the-house hourly associates, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, implementing purchasing and cost controls, and following up with corrective action where needed./ppbr //ppstrongWhat You’ll Bring (Requirements):/strong/pulliA minimum of 1 year’s experience with Kitchen Management in the Casual Restaurant industry is required./liliA High School Diploma is preferred./liliCurrent alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred./liliStrong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution./liliExceptional written and verbal communication skills./liliAble to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds. /li/ulpemWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer./em/p
