We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation and compassion drive everything we do. We offer competitive pay and benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) retirement and more for our full time team members, as well as generous PTO and unique perks for our full and part time team members!/span/ppiThis role pays $22 to $25 per hour and has multiple shifts available. /i/pp/ppspanbO/b/spanspanbur Certified Nursing Assistants /b/span/pullispanRead, understand, and follow the resident’s individually designed ADL directives./span/lilispanMake accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions, and chart on flow sheets and report any changes to supervisor./span/lilispanAssist residents with bathing, use of facilities, oral hygiene, grooming, nail clipping, dressing, and other needs./span/lilispanAssist in serving meals, leading and attending activities./span/lilispanRemain current with all changes regarding residents and department operations; check schedules and activities to assist residents as necessary./span/lilispanAssist in the admission and discharge of residents./span/lilispanRecord vital signs and conditions on a scheduled basis or as needed./span/lilispanProvide verbal and physical assists to residents in transfers/ambulation./span/lilispanAnswer calls for assistance promptly and report any possible safety hazards./span/lilispanMaintain neat and clean work areas./span/lilispanKeep resident rooms in order; provides comfortable, clean, safe environment at all times; dress residents as conditions require./span/lilispanEnsure assigned residents are provided an opportunity to participate in social, physical, creative, and spiritual activities of their choice./span/lilispanPerform other duties as assigned/span/li/ulp/ppspanbWhat you need to succeed:/b/span/pullispanHigh school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training/span/lilispanMust have a current CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing./span/lilispanMust have current CPR/First Aid certification./span/lilispanMust be able to read/write/speak sufficiently in English in order to complete responsibilities of the position./span/lilispanCompletion of background check, drug test, and may require other pre-employment tasks such as fingerprint, physical, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines./span/li/ulp/p
