This is a full-time position./pp style="min-height:1.5em"Hours: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:30am/pp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"strongWhat You’ll Be Working On:/strong/pul style="min-height:1.5em"lip style="min-height:1.5em"strongSwitchgear Assembly:/strong Assemble low voltage switchgear according to detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions, installing components such as circuit breakers, bus bars, relays, transformers, and control wiring./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongMechanical Assembly:/strong Perform mechanical assembly of enclosures, mounting rails, and support structures, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongWiring and Connections:/strong Terminate and connect various types of electrical wires and cables, ensuring proper crimping, lugging, and labeling of connections, and adhering to color coding conventions and wiring standards./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongInspecting and Quality Assurance:/strong Conduct inspections of assembled switchgear, performing continuity tests and other quality checks, troubleshooting and resolving any assembly or wiring issues./p/li/ulp style="min-height:1.5em"/pp style="min-height:1.5em"strongWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:/strong/pul style="min-height:1.5em"lip style="min-height:1.5em"strongElectrical Experience:/strong 2+ years of proven experience in the assembly and wiring of low voltage switchgear or similar electrical equipment./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongEducational Background:/strong High school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical or vocational training in electrical or electronics fields is preferred./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongElectrical Knowledge:/strong Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongTechnical Skills:/strong Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments./p/lilip style="min-height:1.5em"strongPhysical Requirements:/strong Requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling all sizes of merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, amp; bend for 8 hours or more daily.
