The Social Media Specialist must be highly motivated with a passion for content strategy, content creation, community participation leadership, and be an avid automotive enthusiast. This position is a full-time in-person hourly position with benefits./p pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:/strong/p ul liManage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities/li liDevelop relevant, organic content to reach new customers and engage existing customers/li liManage all published content (images, video and written)/li liDevelop social media content consistent with the company�s Buy Smart - Be Happy brand identity/li liCommunicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner/li liCollaborate with the marketing team for cross-promotions/li liDevelop, coordinate, and manage events, promotions, and programs in collaboration with our dealerships that support our social media efforts and showcase our community involvement/li liDesign, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns/li liCompile reports for management showing results (ROI).
