Whether in our stores, offices, or field operations, we empower employees to grow with us, contribute to our success, and make a positive impact in the communities we serve./ppbr //ppstrongJob Summary/strong: The C-Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant manager(s)./ppbr //ppstrongJob Duties and Responsibilities:/strong This description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe all tasks that may be assigned./ppbr //pp• Responsible for the store including food service and car wash profits and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and cash and inventory shortages./pp• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service. /pp• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and SLM (Store Labor Model) targets./pp• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures through the Customer Ready Book to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept. /pp• Ensure all product orders are placed accurately and on schedule to maintain proper in-stock levels and meet customer demand./pp• Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors, send price surveys, and complete daily paperwork promptly as established by management. /pp• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily. /pp• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends./pp• Implement Monthly promotions, ensure all advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time. /pp• Enforce and report all safety and security issues, including incidents. /pp• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook./pp• This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions: it does not prescribe all tasks that may be assigned. /ppbr //ppstrongKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities/strong: An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of: /ppbr //pp• Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store C-Store Team Member regularly. /pp• Understanding of c-store operations. /pp• Good leadership, communication, and team-building skills./ppbr //ppstrongEducation and Experience/strong: An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience: /ppbr //pp• C-Store and/or retail manager experience./pp• Valid driver’s license./ppbr //ppstrongWorking environment and physical requirements:/strong /ppbr //pp• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. /ppbr //ppstrongTravel:/strong /pp• Must be able to travel up to 10%. /ppbr //ppstrongAt-Will Employment:/strong This position is at-will, which means that either the employee or the Company may terminate employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and with or without cause. /ppbr //ppstrongEEO Statement: /strongRefuel is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and team members.
