We prepare delicious meals for you daily!/p /li li pGreat workplace culture � we have fun doing what we love!/p /li /ul pstrongPrinciple Duties:/strong/p ul li pResponsible for preparing and serving all food items based on standardized recipes to include, but not limited to: boils, braises and roasts as well as fries, steams, grills, and bakes./p /li li pAssists in food prep assignments to include daily prep, special functions, banquets, catering, holiday and special events./p /li li pPlans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and determines amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus. Ensures that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved./p /li li pFollows all safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment and complies with department sanitation standards and personal hygiene/uniform standards./p /li li pPerforms other duties as required and assigned by Chefs and/or supervisor./p /li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul li pMinimum of two years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, retirement community, club or similar institution./p /li li pAbility to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards./p /li li pKnowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance.
