Employment dates begin as soon as 11/23/2025 and work through end of season on or around 3/28/2026.em /emAs a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next./p pstrongCompensation/strong/p ul li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Piece rate (ranging between $36 and $325 per unit; average of $90 per unit)/span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"$22 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"Seasonal Bonus Details: Sign on Bonus $250 paid at 30 days./span/li li style="font-weight: 400;"span style="font-weight: 400;"More benefits and company perks information below./span/li /ul pstrongEssential Job Functions/strong/p ul liProfessionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards./li liSweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.nbsp;/li liMove all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind./li liAssist with laundry and linen as needed./li liCreate a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for./li liIdentify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary./li liCollect and remove trash and debris.nbsp;/li liMeet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics./li liAttend all mandatory individual and team meetings./li liReplenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products./li liMaintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training./li liemOther duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!/em/li /ul pstrongSkills + Qualifications/strong/p ul liExperience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred./li liPrior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!/li liTech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms./li liThis role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential./li liDependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners./li liMust be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment./li liComfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always./li /ul pstrongWorkplace Environment + Physical Requirements/strong/p ul liWork may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions./li liWe’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs.
