In this role the Social Worker works in collaboration with APPs, Physicians, RNs, MAs and CNAs and office support staff. The Social Worker also works with a wider range of patients while receiving infusion therapy. This role is responsible for developing and leading patient support groups outside of the clinic. /pp style="font-size:16px"bRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/bbr //pp style="font-size:16px"/polli Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program required. /lili License/Certifications: Licensure as an LCSW or LMSW required.
