p style="text-align:left"bspanWelcome to Montage Health’s application process!/span/b/pp style="text-align:left"bJob Description:/b/ppTherapists report to the Clinic Program Manager of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and are responsible for providing the following clinical services under the supervision of an assigned clinical supervisor (dependent on the needs of Behavioral Health Services):/pp/pullipGroup psychotherapy as part of outpatient services, partial hospitalization programming (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment/p/lilipIndividual psychotherapy/p/lilipFamily psychotherapy/p/lilipTherapy referral management (triage)/p/lilipCrisis management/p/lilipClinical evaluation/p/lilipDiagnostic assessment /p/lilipTreatment planning/p/lilipDischarge planning/p/li/ulp/ppPer Diem Therapists will also be available to support needs throughout Behavioral Health Services, which can include the aforementioned responsibilities in our inpatient psychiatric unit (Garden Pavilion) and the Crisis Stabilization Unit.    /pp/ppIn addition, therapists provide mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals. Therapists are also expected to correspond with outside agencies/providers as it pertains to the coordination of patient care./pp/pp/ppbExperience  /b/ppMust have a minimum of 2 years of experience in therapy with individuals, couples, and/or groups./pp/ppbEducation /b /ppMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field/pp/ppbLicensure/Certifications /b/ppCandidate is an actively registered associate pursuant of licensure with The California Board of Behavioral Sciences in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification is required. Training in an evidence-based practice is preferred (i.e. CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR).
