The LPN will observe, report and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record. The LPN will instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans. The LPN will communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care. /spanspan style="font-size:12pt"/spanUnder the general supervision of the Mohs surgeon, this position would require a motivated individual to be responsible for performing all duties related to assistance during skin cancer surgery. Mohs is performed in an outpatient setting under local anesthesia, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
