Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas./p p /p pstrongThe Role:/strong/p pResponsible for greeting and seating restaurant guests and processing sales transactions/p p /p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p p1. Greet and seat guests at table according to guest preference, table availability, and within proper rotation guidelines.br /2. Ensure business flow and distribution of customers to server by following the direction of management, fair and consistent seating rotation of tables, and communication with staff of business volume changes.br /3. Provide guests with menus, inform guests of restaurant specials, and feature items.br /4. Coordinate with food servers, bus persons, and other restaurant personnel in providing guest service.br /5. Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage.br /6. Keeps cash register and host area stocked with necessary equipment, forms, and supplies.br /7. Perform all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Standard Operating Procedures manual to ensure consistent execution of company and department standard.br /8. Maintains regular attendance for scheduled work.br /9. Answer phone calls and take to-go orders.br /10. Must follow the Thoughtful Service Model at all times.br /11.
