listrongNew-hire education consists of six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey campus; Monday - Friday. /strongWeeks 1–3: M–F, 8 AM–4:30 PM Weeks 4–6: M–F, start times may be 9 AM or 10 AM. You will learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician./li
liThe available shift after the six weeks of in-classroom training is 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. until the next shift bid, where this may changestrong./strong The call center is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm M-F and 9-5pm Saturdays. strongThis position will be on a hybrid basis and after on-site training it will require 2 days a week in office./strong You will work 1 Saturday/month (9 AM–5 PM), and 1 additional Sat/quarter./li
liAll Customer Care employees participate in regular shift bids where work schedules are awarded to each employee based on tenure and performance. This affords every agent the ability to regularly compete and be awarded a more desirable schedule./li

liAbility to interact with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities. /li
liMaintain a positive and professional attitude while keeping our pet patients and customers front and center. /li

liHas acquired or can acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License. /li
liA coachable, quick learner who is comfortable with change /li

liSelf-motivated and energized; excelling in a fast-paced environment /li
liAn effective and persuasive communicator /li
liComputer-savvy, navigating the internet with ease /li

liBasic calculations are easy for you to perform /li
liA high school graduate or equivalent /li

liYou have attended some college or have earned a degree /li
