In this role, you will engage with customers, promote club services, and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbspanResponsibilities:/span/b/pullipspanAddress and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring member satisfaction./span/p/lilipspanConduct personalized site tours for potential members, showcasing club features and benefits./span/p/lilipspanCreate awareness of the Center through community outreach and engagement activities./span/p/lilipspanPromote club services to new and prospective members to grow profit centers./span/p/lilipspanSupport membership retention efforts by fostering strong member engagement and relationships./span/p/lilipspanDeliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere./span/p/lilipspanPerform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and overall operations./span/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppbspanQualifications:/span/b/pullipspanAt least one year in a customer service role./span/p/lilipspanEnthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable./span/p/lilipspanStrong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals./span/p/lilipspanExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner./span/p/lilipspanCapable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others./span/p/lilipspanMaintains a professional appearance and demeanor./span/p/li/ulpspan​/span/ppspanPer pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $25.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
