Our partnerships, grounded in deeply held core values that have endured for over three generations, help us build the projects that strengthen your communities./p pstrongAt Duininck our employees enjoy:/strong/p ul liOpportunities to Learn, Grow Advance/li liA Culture that Supports Your Success/li liFamily Owned Operated/li liBuilding Strong Communities/li /ul pstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liSafely operates assigned truck to pick up, transport, and deliver equipment and/or materials such as aggregate, hot mix, asphalt or dirt./li liSecures loads for safe transport in compliance with safety regulations and company policies./li liWorks closely with other crew members during pickup and delivery to coordinate work and ensure safety./li liAssists with loading and unloading truck as needed./li liPerforms pre and post trip inspections and ensures that the truck is clean and in safe, proper working order./li liCompletes documentation for inspections, prorate and other compliance needs./li liReports to dispatch and One Call System when truck needs maintenance or repair./li liMaintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at jobsite./li liFollows Supervisor�s instructions closely./li /ul pstrongJob Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:/strong/p ul liCommercial Drivers License is required. Class A License is preferred./li liCurrent DOT Health Card/li liTanker Endorsement is preferred./li liUnderstand and adhere to all safety regulations./li liUnderstand and adhere to the Personal Protection Equipment requirements./li liAn unwavering focus on safety./li liOSHA/li liAbility to speak and communicate in English is required/li listrongWillingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa and Eastern Dakotas./strong/li /ul pstrongWork Environment/Physical Demands:/strong/p ul liWalk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch and sit./li liWork outside in all weather conditions./li liEffectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50 pounds./li liRegularly work extended | overtime hours, outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions at all project locations./li liTravel is required./li /ul pstrongThis seasonal, full-time position comes with a strong benefits package including:/strong/p ul listrongCompetitive pay range of $26 to $35 per hour, based on experience and background/strong/li listrongOvertime eligible after 40 hours/strong/li listrongPaid Time Off /strong/li listrongPer Diem (when applicable)/strong/li listrongStrong Health Plans to choose from/strong/li listrongDental Vision plans, Company Paid Life insurance Short Term Disability/strong/li listrong401K with company match, and more!/strong/li /ul pDuininck is an equal-opportunity employer.
