Evening Front Desk Host - Part-time

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clientele as they are entering/exiting, customer communication via email, SMS, and phone, processing transactions, resolving inquiries and issues, promoting programs and events, and maintaining the facility. This role requires a friendly face and upbeat attitude, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment./ppstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongCustomer Communication:/strong/pul liGreet everyone as they are entering or exiting the facility./li liAnswer phone calls/return voicemails promptly/li liReply to emails and SMS messages from customers and potential customers in a timely manner./li /ulpstrongProcessing Transactions/Resolving Inquiries and Issues:/strong/pul liAccurately process card transactions./li liResolve any transaction/account issues./li liRespond to any in person inquiries/questions./li liFollow up on action items and ensure completion./li /ulpstrongPromote Programs and Events:/strong/pul liPromote programs and upcoming events using knowledge of the business and in person marketing skills./li liIf needed/interested, attend events to assist with promoting AGS!/li /ulpstrongMaintain the Facility:/strong/pul liKeep the front desk area neat and tidy./li liOrganize and maintain displays of flyers, trifolds, and other marketing materials./li /ulpstrongOther:/strong/pul liManage inventory and ensure accurate tracking and stock levels./li liEnsure all customer service technology functions properly and alert management of technical issues./li /ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pul liHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or degree in hospitality or communications is a plus./li liProven experience in administrative roles, preferably in customer service or operations department./li liExcellent organizational and time management skills./li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy./li liAbility to work independently and meet deadlines./li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./li /ul
