Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the Senior Creative Director of Brand, this designer will support the execution of integrated campaigns—bringing visual ideas to life through design, research, and creative development./p pThis role blends hands-on digital design with collaborative creative production support. Ideal candidates combine an impeccable eye for detail with strong technical execution and a passion for brand storytelling. strongThis is a full-time freelance position with potential for long-term or permanent role./strong/p h3strongKey Responsibilities/strong/h3 pstrongDigital Design amp; Creative Execution/strong/p ulliDesign and produce digital assets across all brand platforms, including website, email, paid media, and organic social./liliSupport the Art Director in interpreting creative briefs into visually compelling designs that reflect Petite Plume’s voice and aesthetic./liliDevelop layouts, typography, and visual compositions that are both brand-appropriate and conversion-focused.br/liliAssist with print and collateral needs such as catalog layouts, postcards, and packaging extensions.br/li/ul pstrongCreative Research amp; Concept Development/strong/p ulliContribute to campaign ideation through visual research and deck preparation.br/liliTranslate creative direction into presentation-ready materials that articulate tone, color, composition, and photography direction.br/liliMaintain an up-to-date awareness of digital design trends, photography, and luxury brand storytelling.br/li/ul pstrongPhotoshoot amp; Production Support/strong/p ulliPartner with the Art Director and Creative Director on pre-production needs: research, prop inspiration, and reference gathering.br/liliAssist in executing shoot decks and visual frameworks.br/liliProvide on-set design or logistical support as needed./li/ul pstrongCollaboration amp; Workflow Management/strong/p ulliWork cross-functionally with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Copy teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative deliverables.br/liliManage file organization and maintain quality control across all exported assets.br/liliAdapt assets efficiently for multiple formats while maintaining design integrity./li/ul h3strongQualities for Success/strong/h3 ulli5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house for a brand or within a creative agency environment.
