font-size: 10pt;"Be responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites with the use of hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picks/span/lilispan style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Perform fiber blowing operations as directed, assisting in the installation of fiber optic cable in conduits using fiber-blowing equipment/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Conduct general labor on construction sites/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Conduct placement of conduit as directed by the Foreman or Supervisor/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Be involved in map reading and directions/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Support with trench digging and closing/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Support with the movement of materials and vehicles as directed by the Foreman or Supervisor/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Conduct maintenance services as directed by the Foreman to include: Cleanup, Wash Vehicles, and Landscaping/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Perform all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Be involved with vehicle and equipment operations from trucks to other equipment, as directed and certified/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Tow various trailers with flatbed trucks/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Conduct Aerial/Underground work as needed and directed, and as trained/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Troubleshoot RF and Fiber line and or equipment issues/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Construct and repair underground RF and Fiber service/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Learn how to read and construct from a design schematic of a map/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"Learn all the inventory and equipment required for these projects/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"As applicable, learn and be certified on the use of equipment: Line truck, Bucket truck, Cable Reel equipment, Saws, and drills/span/lili style="margin-bottom: 0in;"span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
