You have experience in successfully managing a team, fostering unity, and working together to accomplish daily goals. Let us know when you come in for an interview and we will do our best to accommodate!  /pp class="p4"br/pp class="p6"What youspan class="s3"’/spanll do:span class="Apple-converted-space" /span/pul class="ul1"li class="li1"span class="s4"Help lead a team of counter, server/runner amp; baristas {approx. 15 people}/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"80% of your time spent on the floor completing tasks your team completes, and 20% of your time spent on scheduling, ordering and emailing with the back office teamspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Report directly to your regional director amp; captain, and effectively communicate with them regarding team and cafe needsspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Take ownership of the cafe spaces/spanspan class="s5" /spanspan class="s4"aesthetics, including printing amp; framing signage, menus, and tags/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Answer company emails in a timely manner/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Ensure food and labor costs stay consistent and follow company guidelines/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Keep an eye on your cafe’s financial results and motivate your team to constantly go above and beyond/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Successfully communicate specials of the season, encourage guests to try our best selling items etc.span class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Ensure return visitors and foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service; develop one-on-one rapport with returning guests – do you know their order? Dial up the coffee without even asking!span class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Make decisions based on ensuring happiness for the guests, the team and the company while maximizing profitabilityspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Always keep an eye out for dirty cups, napkins that fell to the ground, the cleanliness of our restrooms or dirty cigarette buts on our terracesspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li1"span class="s4"Investigate and resolve any guest concernsspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/li/ulp class="p7"span class="s6"/span/pp class="p6"span class="s6"What we're looking for:span class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/pul class="ul1"li class="li8"span class="s4"You have minimum 1 years leadership experience/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"Familiarity using Toast, Restaurant365 amp; working with 3rd party delivery apps/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"You take complete ownership of your team, cafe and everything needed to provide the best experience to customers/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"You have a good instinct of knowing what problems to solve on your own, and which ones need to be escalated/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"You ensure food and safety at all times, and have a food handler’s certificate/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"Work a flexible schedule that will include weekends, holidays, special events, and or occasional emergencies as needed/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"Hospitality is your passion, you make a point of keeping up with the latest industry trendsspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"Quality, esthetics amp; top notch customer experience is a non-negotiable for youspan class="Apple-converted-space" /span/span/lili class="li8"span class="s4"You make people feel good—your team and guests alike.
