Flash Flood - Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

h2About the Department/h2pThe City of Battle Creek and Flash Flood Water Park are looking for customer service employees! Customer service employees are responsible for helping the guests enjoy their visit and doing everything possible to ensure they have a good time, these duties include: helping with daily activities such as cleaning, food prep, answering phone calls, completing paperwork, attending meetings, selling merchandise, and other work related task. Customer service employees must be flexible and ready to assist in any and all areas, as needed or required by the Water Park Managers. Customer Service Employees are under the direct supervision of the Water Park Managers./ph2Position Duties/h2pul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"liPromotion of good will and excellent service to all guests/liliFilling out documents and handling payments /liliIssuing wrist-bands, answering telephones /liliSelling of merchandise /liliFood prep and sales/liliMinor cleaning and maintenance/li/ul/ph2Minimum Qualifications/h2pul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"liMust be at least 15 years of age. /liliPrior customer service experience preferred./li/ulstrongSpecial Requirements/strongbrul style="margin-bottom: 3pt"liCandidates who are selected for appointment may be required to be fingerprinted./li/ul/ph2Other Qualifications/h2pstrongPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions/strongbrWhile performing the duties of this job, a customer service employee will have to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and sit, able to communicate with others verbally and written. In-person and on the phone, work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in high temperatures./p
