This role is not a managerial position and does not carry decision-making authority or formal leadership responsibilities. The Shift Lead supports the Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager by ensuring effective execution of daily operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities focus on maintaining operational standards, directing workflows, and supporting team productivity, safety, and customer service. As a key holder, the Shift Lead may assist with opening and closing procedures under the guidance of site leadership./p pThis position is ideal for individuals seeking to develop hands-on operational experience and prepare for potential future leadership opportunities. does not participate in managerial decision- making or formal leadership duties/li liProvide direction to team members during shifts as delegated by site management, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards/li liEscalate all staffing, customer service, or operational issues requiring judgement or discretion to the Site Manager or Assistant Manager/li liGreet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting membership programs and special promotions/li liDemonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes/li liSafely operate and train others on the use of car wash equipment and chemicals/li liMonitor and guide vehicle entry and exit procedures to ensure safe, damage-free customer experiences/li liDelegate team members to appropriate workstations and monitor for efficiency and quality output/li liAssist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, including vacuum stations, equipment rooms, restrooms, and outdoor areas/li liPerforms routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including but not limited to pit cleaning, vacuum bag/ station cleaning, tunnel upkeep, dumpster cleaning, and removal of debris, to ensure a safe, clean, and operational car wash environment/li liPerforms duties as assigned, including operational and cleaning tasks that support site, shop, or store upkeep/li liConduct quality control checks on both interior and exterior cleaning standards/li liAssist with opening and closing procedures strictly per company protocols;
