This role includes performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents by creating a welcoming and orderly living space. Responsibilities include cleaning all public and common areas, bathrooms, offices, and resident apartments, following established schedules, while interacting in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure resident and family member satisfaction.nbsp;/ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliPerform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces./liliClean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors./liliEmpty trash and recycling bins and replace liners./liliLaunder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed./liliFollow the community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines and follow established safety precautions./liliBuild positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions./liliRespect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces./liliReport any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs changes to the supervisor./liliUse cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions./liliFollow infection control and sanitation protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of waste./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS/strong/ppstrongEducation and certificates:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./li/ulpstrongExperience, Competencies, and Skills:/strong/pulliAt least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels) is required./liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness./liliGood time management and organizational skills./liliFriendly and professional demeanor./liliKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment, is a plus./liliAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards./lilistrongShift: Sunday-Thursday/strong/li/ulpbr//p
