Certification must be active and in good standing./h5 /li /ul ul style="list-style-type: circle;" li h5One year of experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required./h5 /li /ul h5strongRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:/strongstrong/strongstrong/strong/h5 ul style="list-style-type: circle;" li h5Assists in activities of Daily Living needs of the resident - i.e., bathing, dressing, hair care, mouth care, shaving, toileting, nail care. Provides incontinence care and changes bed linens./h5 /li /ul ul style="list-style-type: circle;" li h5Assists with daily and ongoing activity programs for all residents./h5 /li /ul ul style="list-style-type: circle;" li h5Lifts, turns, and transfers residents, as scheduled or as needed. Properly uses mechanical lifts and require 2 staff for all transfers./h5 /li /ul ul style="list-style-type: circle;" li h5Observes and reports any change in resident's condition to LPN or RN using Stop and Watch in EMR. Completes and documents all areas of care in the EMR system.
