You will be responsible for the upkeep of outdoor amenities including grills, pools, parks, dog stations, and common areas. Your duties will include daily grounds inspections, trash and debris removal, minor landscaping tasks, and ensuring all outdoor spaces are welcoming and well-maintained for residents and guests./p pstrongREPORTS TO: /strongFacilities Manager/p p /p pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES/strong/p pDuties will include, but are not limited to, the following:/p pstrongPerformance Expectations:/strong/p ul liPerform daily inspections of all outdoor areas including parks, dog stations, grills, pools, and common spaces./li liRemove trash, debris, and pet waste from grounds and maintain cleanliness of all outdoor amenities./li liMonitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager./li liAssist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and pool preparation./li /ul pstrongEssential Job Duties and Core Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liCommunicate with Facilities team to ensure grounds standards are upheld./li liCreate and maintain a checklist for daily, weekly, and seasonal grounds tasks./li liAssist with minor landscaping duties such as weeding, mulching, and watering./li liEnsure grills and outdoor furniture are clean and in working condition./li liMaintain dog stations with regular waste bag replacement and sanitation./li liSupport pool area cleanliness and report any issues with pool equipment or water quality./li liWork requires a strong sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability./li liWork requires strong knowledge to adhere to applicable federal, state and city regulations involving Fair Housing, health and safety policies and procedures and other aspects of residential, multi-family community management./li liWork requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment./li liWork requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning and time management skills./li /ul pstrongSKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/strong/p ul liHigh school degree or equivalent required./li liPrevious groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred./li liExperience with community management software systems such as Entrata and Microsoft Office� is a plus./li /ul pstrongBENEFITS/strong/p ul liFull time, on-site work, bi-weekly pay schedule./li liPaid based upon experience $18 to $22 per hour/li liBenefits include health, dental and vision insurances, 401K with match, generous PTO, apartment discounts, and free gym membership./li /ul p /p /div divdiva href="https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?req_id=3510176source=3510176-CJB-0"START YOUR APPLICATION/a/divdiv/div/div /div div/div div/divdiv br /a href="https://thrivecos.com/"Visit Our Home Page/a /divp© 2025 Thrive Companies/p p a href="https://www.clearcompany.com" iApplicant Tracking System Powered by/i  /a /p /div
