We’re expanding and looking for a hardworking and skilled Construction Crewman / Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team./span/ppspan style="color: black;"nbsp;/span/ppspan style="color: black;"This role is ideal for a jack-of-all-trades who enjoys variety in their work—from HVAC and electrical troubleshooting to patching drywall and painting. Some Key responsibilities can include the following: /span/ppstrong style="color: black;"nbsp;/strong/ppstrong style="color: black;"HVAC Service amp; Installation/strong/pulliAssist with installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems including rooftop units and split systems/liliDiagnosing basic system issues/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"Restaurant Equipment Maintenance/strong/pulliTroubleshoot and perform maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances (fryers, ovens, grills, dishwashers, etc.)/liliSupport repairs for refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, and ice machines/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"Drywall amp; Painting/strong/pulliPerform drywall installation, patching, sanding, and finishing/liliPaint interior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to professional standards/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"Basic Electrical Work/strong/pulliTroubleshoot and repair light electrical issues such as outlets, switches, lighting, and appliances/liliAssist with wiring and component replacements/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"General Construction Support/strong/pulliAssist with minor carpentry, fixture installations, and facility upgrades/liliHelp with commercial remodeling or buildout tasks when needed/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"nbsp;/strong/ppstrong style="color: black;"nbsp;/strong/ppstrong style="color: black;"nbsp;/strong/ppstrong style="color: black;"Preventive Maintenance amp; Facility Upkeep/strong/pulliComplete routine inspections and maintenance checks/liliMaintain clean, organized, and safe work environments on job sites/li/ulpstrong style="color: black;"SCHEDULE:/strongspan style="color: black;" Monday to Friday.
