We want people who support our Mission (to "Create Experiences That People Love") and want to have fun in achieving it!brbrWho You Arebr- You enjoy interacting and connecting with guestsbr- You take pride in your position and in your ability to positively impact the guest experience through executing your role in a highly efficient mannerbr- You are a “Team Player”, considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees br- You have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-taskbr- You understand “Genuine” hospitalitybr- You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service bar settingbr- You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification, alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol br- You ideally have a basic knowledge of drink recipes and standard bar equipment usesbrbrWhat You Will be Doingbr- Restocking product behind the bar (bottle beer amp; liquor) and changes kegs as neededbr- Maintaining the Keg Room and liquor storage areasbr- Bussing the bar and associated tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.)br- Resetting the bar / tables to standardbr- Assisting Bartenders with bar Service Steps (such as providing bread and water refills to guests)br- Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Serverbr- Assisting Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipmentbr- Interacting with guestsbr- Adhering to all local and state laws regarding the service of alcohol and food; including Steps of Service and alcohol service standardsbr- Ensuring that bar stations / areas are kept stocked and are maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary mannerbr- Completing general tasks to ensure the efficient flow of service at the bar, for example, restocking ice bins, replenishing stations with clean glassware and emptying trashcansbr- Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard br- Having fun!brbrWhat You Will Getbr- An hourly base package + tipsbr- Schedule flexibilitybr- Opportunities for career growthbrbrBuzz Hospitality is a small but growing multi-concept hospitality company with brands in both the USA and Ireland.
