We take care of our team, support each other and cultivate a sense of belonging for all./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongHourly Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr/strong/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongShift: 6PM - 6AM Rotating 2-2-3 pattern/strong/p Responsibilities: p style="margin: 0px;"strongWhen your actions lead to success:/strong/pulliUpholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and values./liliComplies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Huntley plant, including, but not limited to-Health, Safety, Wellness (HSW), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Huntley plant./liliResponsible for reporting all safety, quality, and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action./liliPerforms other duties as requested or assigned./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"br /Specific Duties:/pulliResponsible for working independently on 2nd shift to ensure production can remain up and running.  /liliPM equipment as required and ensure all documentation is completed accurately./liliComplete shift turnover email so 1st shift is aware of any issues or problems./liliCommunicate effectively with the Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Manager regarding any issues./liliQuickly respond to operational or technical issues to ensure maximum productivity./liliTroubleshoot, and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components./liliOptimize machine output and increase quality of preventative maintenance./liliTear down equipment and rebuild, replace, or repair defective components: motors, gear boxes, clutches, bearings, and electrical systems./liliPM on production equipment and facility.  IE: pumps, chillers, carpentry, painting, drywall, compressors, and main power systems./liliFabricate/design machine parts as required./liliPerform PLC and other low voltage control changes and make diagnostic checks on production machines./liliInstall and repair high voltage and low voltage circuits for production lines and facility./liliSupport and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards./li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"strongWhen your expertise drives us:/strong/pullistrongMinimum 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience./strong/liliProficient with PLC's, Drives and Schematics./liliProficient with test instruments./liliGood mechanical and electrical aptitude/liliSkilled in usage of all common hand and power tools./liliProficiency with IBM compatible computer./liliProficiency in basic mechanical maintenance and repair procedures./liliGood communication skills in the English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking)./liliCompletion of 9th grade level mathematics; proficiency in basic mathematics calculations./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongWhen benefits really help you live better:/strong/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
