These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose./p pHonesty – Reliability – Curiosity – Collaboration - Passion/p pstrongAbout the role and what you'll be doing:nbsp; /strong/p pA Senior Data Center Operations Analyst is responsible for system monitoring, production batch monitoring, workload throughput as well as batch and system task abend recovery for internal and external client MVS / ZOS / VM/VSE environments./p ul liPrimary Tools : TWS OPC, BMC Ops AMI, zCAM, Mainview, Control-D, Mainframe Console amp; HMC (Must)/li liTicketing Tools : Service Now / ATLAS/li lispan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongWork from Client location at Raleigh (NC)/strong/span/li listrongSchedule information:/strong ul li12 hour “quad” (3 on 3 off/4 on 4 off) shifts (Nights and/or Days)./li li16 week rotation from front half to back half of week./li liWeekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and Holidays required as per Shift Schedule./li /ul /li /ul pKey Areas of Focus for this Role/p ul liMonitor and manage internal and external MVS zSeries and VM/VSE environments to ensure production processing meets internal and external client agreed service levels and requirements./li liHigh level of interaction with internal and external customers requires effective and professional communication./li liComplete daily shift turnover and customer checklists associated with assigned client environment.nbsp; Along with written shift turnover, verbal turnover must be facilitated.nbsp;/li liThoroughly document deviations within company’s designated Incident Management tool, reflecting clear and tangible details surrounding each incident./li liProperly escalate all events or incidents that may impact our ability to meet agreed service levels./li liEnsure system IPL, maintenance and backup processes are successfully performed according to predetermined schedule and per established procedures./li liEnsure all operations related changes are properly documented and approved in company designated Change Management tool prior to Follow-up and close completed changes with valid and meaningful data.nbsp;/li liAdhere to company documented processing procedures for internal and external clients, as well as suggesting and requesting updates and improvements as needed to internal Operations SharePoint documentation repository.nbsp;/li liOrganize tasks to work independently./li liHands and feet support as required./li liPerform additional duties as assigned or designated by Operations management./li liCommunication to stakeholder in critical /major events/li /ul pstrongWhat the Ideal Candidate Brings to this Role/strong/p pemRequired Qualifications help to assure new Associates are set up for success in their role with Ensono.
