You’ll handle everything from grading and excavation to patios, walls, and plantings — all while keeping safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront./p pYou’ll read blueprints, plan ahead for materials and phases, and ensure your crew has the tools, equipment, and support they need to execute each job successfully. You’ll work closely with project consultants, guide on-site client conversations, and make field adjustments as needed to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in training new team members, enforcing safety, and setting the tone for a productive, respectful job site.
