This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.nbsp;/p pstrongWhat You'll Brew:/strong/p ul liDiagnose and repair all machinery and process malfunctions must be fluent in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting a plus./li liDiagnose and repair all mechanical power transmission equipment—knowledge of Gearboxes, mechanical drives, and variable speed applications./li liDiagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems—knowledge of Cylinders, valves, manifolds, vacuum systems, air filtration, and lubrication devices./li liDiagnose, repair, and overhaul process pumps, automatic control valves, sensors, positioners, actuators, basic electrical AC/DC troubleshooting, and related systems./li liProficient in knowledge of bearings, pulleys, chain drives, belt drives, and lubricants standards and applications./li liRead and decipher mechanical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams./li /ul pstrongWhat Ingredients You'll Bring:/strong/p pstrongMinimum Qualifications:/strongnbsp;/p ul liExperience in installation and repair of mechanical, electrical, pumps, and valve cluster arrangements required./li liExperience with VFDs, control systems (PLC’s/HMI’s), electrical protective devices with knowledge of calibration procedures and equipment, including Fluke and Transcat./li liSkilled in the application and use of mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools./li li480v 3 phase knowledge required./li liSkilled in the machine shop to machine within specific tolerance using various measuring equipment./li liSkilled in welding, sanitary welding, pipe fitting, soldering, and rigging is desired—verniers, calipers, depth gauges, etc./li /ul pistrongPreferrednbsp;Qualifications:/strong/inbsp;/p ul liKnowledge and practice of NFPA 70E preferred./li liExcellent mechanical troubleshooting ability, electrical a plus.nbsp;nbsp;/li li2+ years’ experience and demonstrated history of troubleshooting and repairing equipment (described above), personal/process control computers, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices.
