Ranger - Full-time / Part-time

pstrongJob Overview/strong/ppThe ranger is responsible for controlling and maintaining the pace of play and ensuring guests have what is/ppneeded to maintain an even flow on the golf course. Responsibilities encompass maintaining cleanliness,/ppadhering to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun, friendly, and/ppinviting guest experience at the golf course./ppResponsibilities/ppbr //pp• Provide a welcoming first contact with each guest and ensure an enjoyable experience/pp• Provide information regarding the course, play time, and other golf rules and cart conditions for the day/pp• Assist in maintaining golf course conditions by promoting the use of divot repair sand, ball marks, and bunkers being raked/pp• Move around the course in reverse order, hole 18 to hole 1, for safety reasons/pp• Ensure no outside coolers are brought on the course, as well as glass bottles/pp• Maintain communication with the Pro Shop in relation to players, the course, or other factors that/ppwould affect smooth operation/pp• Keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean and free of trash/pp• Assist other positions as needed to ensure complete guest satisfaction/ppbr //ppstrongQualifications/strong/pp• Excellent customer service and communication skills/pp• Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner./pp• Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf/pp• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment/pp• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed/pp• Attention to detail and ability to multitask/pp• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management/ppbr //ppstrongBenefits/strong/ppThompson Golf Group owns and manages 7 courses throughout Arizona, Minnesota amp; Texas.
