This dynamic role encompasses the full spectrum of receiving, distribution, and precise inventory control, requiring accurate documentation and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. You'll also play a crucial part in preparing and delivering materials for work-in-process, ensuring seamless operational support./p pThe base pay rate for this role is strong$20.00 to $25.50 per hour, /strongbased on experience as well as versatility on specialized motorized vehicles, including Clamp Trucks, Turret Trucks, and other PIV's./p pstrongWHAT YOU�LL DO ON THE A-TEAM:/strong/p pstrongAs Material Handler in the warehouse, you will:/strong/p ul liLoad and unload trailers./li liReceive, sort, and deliver all incoming items from couriers to their appropriate departments./li liMove and organize received materials into designated warehouse locations./li liReceive and deliver printed samples to the appropriate departments./li liManage and maintain inventory of all materials, including printed goods, supplies, and roll stock./li liInspect incoming rolls for damage, documenting and reporting any issues to purchasing./li liVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and record their warehouse location./li liSegregate and manage rejected or scrapped materials, and deliver roll stock to the press as needed./li liMaintain a safe and orderly warehouse, and be responsible for the proper operation of all company equipment./li liPrepare and process all outgoing shipments, including mail and freight./li liAssist with customer warehousing and other special duties as assigned by management./li liHandle all responsibilities safely, confidentially, and with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers./li /ul pstrongWHAT YOU�LL NEED:/strong/p ul liPrevious experience driving a forklift in a warehouse or Shipping and Receiving required./li li1 year of Clamp Truck driving experience (preferred)./li liMust be able to distinguish different types of stock and identify grades using a Grade Equivalency or Competitive Grade Finder chart./li liMust have good driving skills and the ability to drive a fork and clamp truck into extremely tight spaces./li liOne year experience in job costing, billing or equivalent accounting functions preferred./li liStrong written and communication skills./li liRequires computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook./li liCurrent valid Drivers License./li liRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent./li /ul pstrongPHYSICAL DEMANDS:/strong/p ul liFrequent sitting/li liFrequent use of hands to type, finger, handle, grasp or touch objects and tools/li liFrequently is required to talk or listen/li liOccasional standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, bending, reaching/li liMust be able to lift and carry boxes and material up to 50 lbs. to various departments throughout the plant and offices. /li liMust be able to lift and change propane tanks.
