The Puttshack experience is really all about having fun ndash; and doing something fun ndash; together./p pstrongPosition Summary:nbsp;nbsp;/strong/p pPuttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience. The Reception position is responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome, guiding the guest safely into and throughout the venue, checking in reservations, seating guests within the venue to dine, and guiding guests through the fun and excitement of the Puttshack experience. Your energy and enthusiasm as you interact with our guests help set the tone for an amazing experience./p pstrongSchedule/Hours:/strong/p pOur venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11am-1am with some variations. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling preferences, they may not always be guaranteed, and we value flexibility. All positions within our venue are variable schedules, meaning a typical work schedule may be anywhere between 15 and 30 hours on a weekly basis depending on business needs and individual availability./p pstrongPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:nbsp;/strongnbsp;/p ul liBring your 'A' Game each and every day/li liGreet guests with positive energy and get them excited to play/li liAssist with general cleanliness of the reception, cloakroom, and guest services area/li liAssist guests with checking in their belongings to the cloakroom/li liAssist guests with gameplay check in at the kiosks/li liGuide guests to seating areas and deliver menus/li liAnswer questions and address any issues with a friendly demeanor/li liComply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures/li liTake direction and be a team player/li liFollow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook/li liOther projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties./li /ul pstrongnbsp;/strong/p pstrongRequired Skills and Experience:nbsp;/strong/p ul liMust be 18+ years of age to apply/li liPrior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field/li liHigh standards of guest service/li liGood communication skills and ability to problem solve/li liFriendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members/li liSafely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements/li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/p ul liAbility to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces/li liAbility to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds./li liWork in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels/li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongWe have a guest service mindset and treat our associates the same way, offering our eligible full-time associates:/strong/p ul liCompetitive pay/li liHealth/dental/vision coverage/li li401(k) matching/li liLife Insurance/li liPTO/li liAssociate discounts - FREE mini golf and 50% off meals/li /ul pnbsp;/p pBenefits eligibility and offerings may vary by location or position.
