p style="text-align:left"Compensation Pay Range:/p$22.00 - $25.25p style="text-align:left"iThe actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.  Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. /i/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppPerform one or more DC outbound functions such as loading, picking, or packing orders for shipment. Perform all tasks according to the proper method for the DC-WMS or paper/pp/ppbspanESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/span/b/ppLocate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on the merchandise. Place merchandise in tote or stage bulk items in the appropriate area. When the order is completed, mark the tote by customer number and send down the conveyor./ppMake sure all totes are labeled for the correct store and do not exceed 60 lbs./ppMaintain DC standards for both accuracy and productivity when picking orders./ppConsolidate and pack all stock order merchandise quickly and accurately so the order can be checked in efficiently by the customer./ppItemize all products not shipped in totes on the freight bill as soon as they are received. Make sure all freight bills are dated with the correct route and totaled at the day’s end including hazardous material.  /ppOperate handheld computers (RF units) and/or voice picking equipment at WMS DCs./ppCheck items off of the freight bill as they are loaded, making sure the number and types of items loaded match the freight bill total./ppLoad trucks quickly and accurately. Tie and secure freight as it is loaded onto the truck./ppKeep picking zones supplied with totes as needed, and repair totes as needed./ppStart printers as necessary and sort tickets and labels by zone./ppOperate equipment for any outbound functions./ppKeep the work area neat and clean, dispose of cardboard and trash properly./ppTeam members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete.
