Properly accept and book reservations./span/li lispanWhen there is not the guests' desired time available, offering an alternative time slot or option to ensure the guest joins us./span/li lispanCalculate, note, and quote accurate wait times./span/li lispanWhen the wait is extensive, being sure to offer the bar for cocktails and appetizers before heading to the table for dinner./span/li lispanKeep floors, entry, and aisle ways clean and free of debris./span/li lispanAssist in bussing tables, when we are on a wait or in need of a table immediately./span/li lispanProvide guest right of way and assist guests needing directions around the restaurant./span/li lispanGenuinely thank all departing guests for dining with us, and welcome all guests joining us./span/li lispanBe familiar with all restaurant information to be able to answer any guest questions or address any concerns./span/li lispanAnswer all phone calls and fulfill any guest needs; be able to place calls on hold when needed /spanor direct the call to the proper department; communicate any important information to the managers on duty.
