To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:/pulliGreeting guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor./liliGuiding guests through menu selections while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients./liliTaking accurate orders and partnering with runners to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations./liliPreparing alcohol beverage orders placed by bar guests and by servers throughout the venue./liliProviding energetic and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of, guaranteeing future visits./liliAnticipating guests' needs by refilling waters and pre-bussing the bar top./liliBeing passionate and knowledgeable about mixology and creating delicious cocktails./liliAssisting in tasks to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere./liliEnsuring compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards./liliHaving excellent organizational skills./liliHaving great communication skills with a positive attitude./liliBringing new and creative ideas to how we do things./liliBeing fun, enthusiastic and having lots of energy./liliBeing able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent food product with an attention to detail, even when under pressure./li/ulpExperience as a Bartender is important, but attitude and finding the right ‘fit’ comes first for us.
