This position is responsible for screening guests upon arrival, scanning tickets for entry, checking credentials for backstage and restricted areas, and general crowd control for the entirety of each show./p pstrongJob Responsibilitiesnbsp;/strong/p ul liID checking and wrist banding patrons over 21/li liPerform security screenings and bag checks via walk-thru metal detectors, wand, and/or physical pat downs/li liTicket scanning/li liCredential checks throughout the venue including, backstage and restricted areas/li liMonitoring external venue areas including parking lots, allies, and smoking areas/li liIdentifying and addressing unsafe or disorderly conduct through the use of de-escalation tactics or other best practice methods/li liArtist escort to and from public areas/li liLight cleaning during and after all events/li /ul pstrongRequired Qualificationsnbsp;/strong/p ul liMust be over 18 to apply/li liA minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency/li liPrevious security experience preferred, but not required • Ability to work in a loud and fast paced environment/li liAbility to de-escalate tense situations/li liMust be able to stand or walk for up to 7 hours/li liStrong intrapersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly personality/li liStrong listening and verbal communication skills/li liMust have a positive attitude and be team oriented/li liAvailability to work various hours: nights, weekends, and holidays as required/li /ul pstrongPay Scale: /strong$20.00 - $22.00/p pstrongBonus: /strongThis position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements./p pstrongBenefits/strong: strongPart-time: /strongThis position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification)./p pAEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
