pstrongOverall Purpose/strong/p pThe job of 21supst/sup CCLC Program Aide Volunteer is done for the purpose/s of supporting 21st CCLC students in a nurturing environment, asssiting with homework help and enrichment activities.nbsp;/p pVolunteers will be required to complete a Federal background check and fingerprinting.nbsp; Payment is made by the volunteer and reimbursed by 21st CCLC.nbsp;nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pstrongDirect Supervisor/strong/p pBuilding Principal/p pstrongEssential Functions/strong/p ul liSupports instruction and supervision for assigned students./li liSupervise and engage students./li liModels appropriate behavior./li liMonitorrsquo;s for student safety by recognizing potentially dangerous situations./li liMaintains a pleasant and professional attitude with staff, students, and parents./li liAssist staff with setting up and cleaning up activities./li liRespects the cultures and values of families in the program./li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongMarginal Functions/strong/p ul liPerforms other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit./li /ul pstrongnbsp;/strong/p pstrongCompetencies /strong/p ul liSkills-based Competencies/li /ul pRequired to perform multiple tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
