pPlease do not apply if you do not have the experience of a Die Setter, Press Operator or Mechanical experience./pp/ppstrongPosition: Press Operator / Tool Room Helper/strongbrstrongWage: $25 - $30/hour/strongbrstrongShift: 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Friday hours as needed)/strongbrstrongSchedule: Monday - Thursday/strong/ppWe are seeking candidates with a strong willingness to learn, especially individuals currently working as press operators or tool room helpers who are eager to advance their careers./ppstrongJob Responsibilities:/strong/pul liSet up and change dies for repairs and preventative maintenance/li liSupport the Tool Room team with die changeovers/li liHandle start-up, shutdown, and changeovers for robotic and press equipment/li liTroubleshoot system functions and resolve problems as needed/li liPerform maintenance, basic cleaning, and minor adjustments to robotic end-of-arm tools, automation nests, and sensors/li liGuide robotic equipment through its operational path, including making minor adjustments to robot points/li liEnsure the robotic press line operates at optimal conditions/li liReset and restore safety devices (e.g., emergency stops), and manage line start/stop procedures/li liConduct safety and automation inspections/li liCut banding on loads and perform labeling and final audits on finished products/li liMaintain accurate records, keep the work area clean, and remove scrap materials/li liTake on any other duties or tasks as assigned/li /ulpstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongJob Requirements:/strong/pul listrongExperience:/strong/li ul liPrevious experience as a Press Operator or Tool Room Helper is preferred./li liFamiliarity with hydraulic press machines, progressive dies, and robotic press lines is a plus./li liExperience with performing die repairs and changeovers is a plus./li liForklift operation experience is a plus./li /ul listrongSkills:/strong/li ul liAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with press and robotic equipment./li liStrong attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and safely./li liAbility to read blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements with tools such as calipers and micrometers./li liBasic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, especially in industrial settings./li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment./li /ul listrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/li ul liAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods./li liAble to lift up to 50 lbs./li /ul listrongOther:/strong/li ul liMust be able to work the 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, with additional hours on Fridays as needed./li liMust be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision while adhering to strict safety and quality standards./li liMust have a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities./li /ul /ul
