The Team Member will work closely with colleagues to prepare fresh and hot food, deliver 5-star guest service, clean and maintain the restaurant, and conduct other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.  This role manages payments responsibly, adheres to food service standards, and ensures cleanliness of all aspects of the restaurant in compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.   /pp /pp strongEssential functions include, but are not limited to:/strong /pulliWelcomes guests warmly and ensures positive interactions. /liliAnticipates and exceeds guest expectations. /liliProvides menu suggestions and ensures accurate order preparation. /liliHandles guest concerns professionally, following company policies. /liliMaintains a tidy appearance and follows uniform policies. /liliProcesses orders accurately and handles payments. /liliPrepares and packages food and drinks. /liliEnsures restaurant cleanliness and sanitation. /liliRestocks and maintains inventory.vc /liliAdheres to food and cash control guidelines. /liliTakes accountability for accuracy and security in handling cash. /liliAddresses guest needs regarding cash handling and order preparation. /liliOther duties as assigned. /li/ulpstrongWhat Will Make You Successful/strong: /pulliCurrent student or high school diploma/GED preferred. /liliMust be at least sixteen (16) years of age. /liliMust be available and willing to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.  /liliWillingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations amp; work multiple stations.  /liliAbility to display positive attitude and a genuine desire to make others happy and serve one another.  /liliAbility to treat others with respect and care. /liliStrong communication skills, including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English.  /liliSelf-motivated and action-oriented.  /liliAttitude that embraces learning. /liliWilling to admit when you made a mistake, take accountability, and fix the issue.strong /strong /liliPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts - dependable and reliable.  /liliPhysical Requirements: Lift, move, carry, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves.  Stand for long periods of time. Frequently squat or stoop to reach items on low shelves or off the floor. Routinely reach overhead, forward, and underneath shelves, counter, tables, and kitchen equipment. Requires frequent motions of bending, wiping, sweeping, and mopping. Frequent exposure to fluctuating temperatures in areas such as cooler, freezer, and cooking sections of the restaurant.
